Not everybody in ADC is a saint, says Dino Melaye

Dino Melaye, the former Kogi West senator, recently made a candid statement about his new party, the African Democratic Congress (ADC). He acknowledged that not everyone in the ADC is a saint, implying that the party, like any other, has its imperfections ¹.
Melaye's comment came after he officially joined the ADC, receiving his membership card on July 31, 2025 ² ³. He had earlier resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), citing the party's failure to address Nigeria's prevailing challenges ² ³.
Despite his acknowledgment of the ADC's imperfections, Melaye expressed optimism about the party's potential to bring about positive change in Nigeria. He described the ADC as a "national altar call" for individuals driven by conscience and a desire for change
